Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 20 New Potatoes, parboiled 10 to 15 minutes
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Hot Paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • Small Amount of Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Onions, chopped
  • Red Crushed Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

Put the potatoes in a buttered flat baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare the sauce in a blender or processor, using all the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the done potatoes and return to warm oven to heat the sauce.
