Crab Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
- 12 Hard-boiled Eggs, peeled
- 1 Cup Celery, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon French Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 Eight Ounce Can Cooked Crabmeat, flaked
- 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
Instructions
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Mash the yolks. Add the crabmeat, celery and green pepper and mix well. Add the dressing mix and sour cream and stir to mix. Fill the egg whites and chill until serving.
