Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter, melted
  • 3 to 5 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 6 Anchovies, drained, mashed or chopped

Instructions

Add the oil, anchovies and garlic to the butter. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve as a dip for vegetables or sauce for pasta.
